Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions 1. Proof of I.D., Credit Card Counterfoil is required prior to cycle hire. Wheelology reserves the right to charge the hirer for repairs/replacement parts due to misuse or accidental damage during the hire period. 2. The hirer and a Wheelology representative shall inspect and agree that the cycle, buggy or any additional equipment is suitable for the hire purpose prior to the start of the hire. 3. The hirer is fully responsible for the safe return of all equipment and he or she is liable for any damage caused during the hire period. 4. All equipment and/or accessories shall remain the property of Wheelology. 5. Wheelology shall not be liable for any damage or injury suffered by the hirer or third parties arising out of use of the cycle or buggy by the hirer whosoever caused. 6. Wheelology strongly recommends that the hirer wear a safety helmet at all times when cycling. Please note that it is compulsory that a safety helmet be worn at all times by a hirer under the age of 16 years. 7. The rental of any and all equipment is at Wheelology representative’s discretion and reserve the right to refuse rental to any person.
